At SFS-Fluid Systeme, we offer innovative solutions in which flow control is already integrated directly into the solenoid valve. Depending on the customer's requirements, we rely on two proven approaches.

1. Integration of the throttle directly into the valve body

This variant is particularly suitable for compact, directly controlled solenoid valves – such as our standard types 15, 20, 32, and 34 with nominal diameters from 1.0 mm to approx. 6.0 mm.

• The throttle is integrated at the outlet of the valve to save space.
• The alignment and design of the throttle screw are tailored precisely to the specific requirements of the application.
• Ideal for customers looking for a space-saving and low-maintenance solution.

2. Integration of the throttle in a valve block solution

This design is ideal for larger valves with a nominal diameter of 10 mm or more – such as our standard types 50, 51, 60, 62, 70, or 76.

• The throttle is implemented as a separate element in a valve block.
• Additional components such as filters, check valves, or sensors can also be integrated into the block solution if required.
• The throttle can be positioned both upstream and downstream of the valve, depending on the process requirements.

Here, too, the design and alignment are individually tailored to the application.
